Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Nail Technician to join our team! As a nail technician, you will provide manicures, pedicures, and other nail care services and treatments to our valued customers. In addition, you will assess each customer’s individual needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and methods of care. If you are skilled in nail art techniques and committed to providing clients with exceptional service, we want to hear from you! 

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality manicures and pedicures, tailored to client preferences.
• Consult with clients to understand their nail care needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat visits.
• Promote and sell grooming products and memberships to enhance the client experience.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior nail techs as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive salon culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a manicurist or nail technician
• Strict adherence to sanitation and sterilization procedures
• Certification in cosmetology or a state nail technician license is required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
