Delivering Solutions that Matter:Provide manicures, nail trimming, filing, shaping, and basic nail care services to residents while promoting comfort, personal hygiene, and well-being.Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care while respecting each individual's dignity, preferences, and personal grooming needs.Follow established infection prevention, sanitation, and safety protocols, including proper cleaning and disinfection of tools and equipment.Communicate with nursing staff regarding resident needs or concerns, follow facility policies, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area.Qualifications for Success:Must have a current MA Cosmetology or Manicurist licenseMust carry professional liability insuranceMust have reliable transportation and able to provide a copy of auto insurance if driving to communityMust be able to provide own supplies and tools to perform servicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with residents, families, visitors, vendors, and team members.
