National Account Executive

Out-of-Home (OOH) Media Sales — Los Angeles

Our client is a well-established national out-of-home (OOH) advertising company with a strong presence in major U.S. markets. On behalf of this client, AccelerateHC is conducting a confidential search for a National Account Executive to manage and grow a substantial book of national OOH business while actively developing new agency and client-direct relationships across the Los Angeles market. 

This is a relationship-driven, consultative sales role for someone equally comfortable protecting and expanding an established book of business (currently approximately $11M in national OOH billing) and prospecting into brand-new accounts. The role sits within the company's National Sales organization and supports its presence in one of the most influential OOH markets in the country.

Current book: approximately $11M in national OOH billing.

Spans several major agency holding groups and their national accounts.

Representative client categories include retail/tech, entertainment/studio, beverage, and live entertainment brands.

Manage, retain, and grow the existing book of business across multiple agency holding groups and their national accounts.

Prioritize new-business development — proactively prospect and open new agency and client-direct doors beyond the existing book.

Build and deepen client-direct relationships alongside agency relationships; client-direct access is a key differentiator for top candidates.

Develop and present customized national OOH/DOOH media programs using the company's inventory; represent the company with polish and confidence in senior-level client and agency meetings.

Conduct strategic account planning to identify and convert incremental revenue opportunities across the book.

Prepare proposals, marketing materials, and media grids with accuracy and speed.

Negotiate and close contracts that deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.

Represent the company professionally in client meetings, industry events, and occasional travel (less than 25%).

National OOH advertising experience (format-flexible; a specific product-format background is not required).

Existing relationships within major national OOH-buying agency holding groups.

Strong prospecting / new-business development track record — demonstrated ability to open new doors, not just manage existing accounts.

Client-direct relationship experience strongly preferred; candidates who bring direct brand relationships (not just agency-side) will stand out.

Exposure to the entertainment/studio ecosystem and West Coast advertisers.

Polished executive presence — comfortable presenting and negotiating in senior-level meetings.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Existing relationships with major national brand advertisers across categories such as retail/tech, entertainment, beverage, and live entertainment.

Cross-media background (digital, video, audio, TV).

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
