This position would entail travel throughout the Midwest for Monarch helping out at our apartment communities in several states. 75% travel is to be expected nationwide. No On Call

2 Weeks on, 1 Week off schedule

17 Weeks total off a year

$50.00 additional per day/per diem for every overnight spent working/traveling

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience required

• HVAC, EPA or CPO certification preferred
• 3+ years' experience in apartment maintenance or facilities maintenance
• Dry walling, including painting and carpentry
• Plumbing, including sweating copper pipe
• Electrical, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures

Compensation and Benefits Available:

• Pay $22.00 to $24.00 hour
• $50/per diem/tax free every night while traveling for additional expenses
• Excellent overtime potential!
• 2 weeks on, 1 week off schedule! 17 Weeks Off a Year!
