How you create impact

In this strategic commercial role, you will support business growth by leading complex transportation pricing initiatives, managing customer tenders, and developing innovative logistics solutions for cloud and technology customers across North America.

• Lead transportation tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and pricing requests across North America.
• Develop pricing models for FTL, LTL, dedicated capacity, white glove, expedited, and specialized transportation solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses to customer procurement events and bid opportunities.
• Create competitive and profitable pricing strategies aligned with market conditions and operational capabilities.
• Conduct profitability analysis and identify opportunities to improve margins and commercial performance.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solution Design teams to create customized transportation solutions.
• Participate in customer presentations, pricing reviews, and procurement discussions.
• Monitor market trends, carrier capacity, pricing fluctuations, and competitive activity.
• Develop market intelligence and performance reporting for leadership teams.
• Drive continuous improvement through pricing automation and analytics initiatives.
• Lead and mentor pricing analysts, tender specialists, and commercial solution professionals.
• Act as an escalation point for complex pricing negotiations and contractual discussions.

What we would like you to bring

We are looking for a commercially minded logistics professional with strong analytical capabilities, experience managing transportation pricing strategies, and a proven ability to develop customer-focused solutions in a fast-paced environment.

• 7+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, pricing, procurement, or tender management.
• 4+ years of experience in road transportation pricing, carrier negotiations, or commercial strategy.
• Strong understanding of FTL, LTL, dedicated, expedited, and cross-border transportation solutions.
• Experience developing and responding to large-scale customer RFQs and RFPs.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and pricing analytics tools.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Operations, Finance, Carrier Management, and Solution Design teams.
• Experience supporting cloud infrastructure, data center, semiconductor, or technology customers is preferred.
• Knowledge of transportation management systems, pricing tools, and carrier procurement processes is preferred.
• Bachelor''s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.

The target annual base salary for this position is between $85,000.00 to $91,000.00, plus eligibility for an annual bonus. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, internal equity, and business considerations.
