(Swansboro and Homestead are route locations)Work EnvironmentThis position may require working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Work Location: In personQualificationsAs a RETAIL MERCHANDISER, you will be responsible for safely stocking and maintaining our beverage products in our customer accounts. Professional appearance, excellent time management, and outstanding customer service skills required.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist the sales and delivery departments by servicing and merchandising retail accounts in the best professional manner possible. Responsible for stocking and merchandising various products ensuring that all beverage sections, racks, and displays are completely filled, POS neat, clean and current and displays maintained according to Company’s standards.This is a field-based role requiring consistent presence in customer accounts throughout the day during designated standard business hours to ensure customer satisfaction.Possess the ability to maintain regular and punctual in-person attendance to support merchandising operations and service customer accounts.All other duties and responsibilities as assignedPHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. • Must have a valid Driver’s License with an MVR check
• You must have the below limits on their insurance.
• English speaking and understanding required for safety purposes: Yes/Can be Bilingual
