Requirements
- 7 years or more of desktop support experience with computer hardware, mobile devices, software, peripherals, and networking.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow for incident tracking, service requests, ticket management, and technical support workflows.
- Experience with PC imaging, software installation, workstation deployment, and endpoint configuration.
- Experience with local/network printers, scanners, peripherals, networking protocols, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Experience in user data/profile migration, Active Directory, Citrix, DHCP, account administration, and technical documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve desktop, hardware, software, peripheral, connectivity, and end-user technology incidents.
- Image and deploy computers, install required applications, configure peripherals, and migrate user data and profiles.
- Manage ServiceNow tickets, prioritize incidents, document resolutions, and provide timely status updates.
- Coordinate account, storage, DHCP, data restoration, application, and network issues with specialized technical teams.
- Create and maintain support procedures for software installations, profile migrations, workstation replacements, and daily operations.
- Lead assigned technical initiatives while applying security requirements and protecting organizational systems and data.
