About the Role:
Fast-Trans LLC is looking for a compassionate and reliable NEMT Driver to join our team in Clinton, IA! In this role, you'll play a vital part in helping individuals get to their medical appointments safely and on time. If you have a passion for serving others and enjoy being on the road, this is the opportunity for you. 

While this position is based in the Clinton area, drivers will provide both local and regional transportation services throughout Eastern Iowa, with routes and schedules varying based on passenger needs.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport non-emergency medical passengers to and from appointments, facilities, and care centers
• Assist passengers with boarding, deboarding, and securing wheelchairs or mobility devices
• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and passenger documentation
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness
• Follow scheduled routes while adapting to real-time changes or passenger needs
• Communicate professionally with dispatchers, passengers, and healthcare facility staff
• Adhere to all traffic laws, HIPAA guidelines, and company safety protocols

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience transporting passengers, elderly, or individuals with disabilities preferred
• Ability to operate wheelchair lifts, ramps, and secure mobility equipment
• Strong punctuality, reliability, and time management skills
• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
