What you’ll be doing:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver outpatient physical therapy services focused on restoring function and mobility
Educate patients and families on treatment techniques and recovery goals
Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Work independently while seeking supervisory guidance when appropriate

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
New Mexico Physical Therapist License required upon hire
BLS certification through the American Heart Association required upon hire
Rehabilitation experience preferred
Strong patient communication and clinical decision-making skills
