We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Nephrologist to provide comprehensive care to patients with kidney and related medical conditions. The physician will evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic renal conditions while working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Nephrologist to provide comprehensive care to patients with kidney and related medical conditions. The physician will evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic renal conditions while working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients with kidney-related conditions through comprehensive medical histories and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases and related conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
- Monitor renal function and patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
- Order, review, and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies.
- Manage conditions such as chronic kidney disease, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and fluid imbalances.
- Provide appropriate management and follow-up for patients receiving dialysis, when applicable.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, diet, and kidney health.
- Coordinate care with primary care physicians, specialists, dialysis teams, and other healthcare professionals.
- Make appropriate referrals and collaborate with other specialists when needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and clinical documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement and other clinical initiatives.
- Follow applicable clinical, regulatory, and patient-safety standards.
