Location: Seattle, WA

Salary: $150,000 - $185,000 Base Salary

Key Responsibilities

Lead NetSuite configuration, implementation, and deployment activities
Review project plans, business requirements, and solution designs
Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to translate business processes into scalable NetSuite solutions
Configure and optimize NetSuite Financials, Procurement, and Inventory Management modules
Coordinate testing, validation, user acceptance testing, and training efforts
Support global entity onboarding and multi-subsidiary implementations
Drive successful go-live execution and user adoption initiatives
Evaluate project deliverables and ensure implementation milestones are achieved
Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
Recommend long-term support, administration, and governance strategies

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of NetSuite ERP implementation experience
Experience leading at least one full-cycle NetSuite implementation
Strong knowledge of:
- NetSuite Financial Management
- Procurement
- Inventory Management
- Multi-Entity / OneWorld environments
Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party and custom applications
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
CPA, Accounting background, or related certification preferred
NetSuite certifications strongly preferred
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
