Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to oversee the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of network and telephony infrastructure. This role requires both technical expertise and leadership to manage a team of network engineers and administrators.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and support to the network team
• Collaborate with engineering experts to design cabling environments for wired and wireless networks
• Optimize and troubleshoot complex network configurations for maximum performance

Qualifications:

• Languages: Bilingual in Korean and English
• Experience: 4-8 years in a relevant field
• Education: Bachelors degree in an IT-related discipline
• Certifications: Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCSP) required
• Proficient in structured copper and fiber cabling standards
• Expertise in routing, load balancing, and both static and dynamic routing protocols
• Strong knowledge of VPNs, MPLS, Cisco IOS, and network design/implementation
• Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless solutions
• Familiarity with QoS technologies and Cisco VoIP/Unified Communications products
• Understanding of network security technologies (IPSEC, SSL/VPN, firewalls)
• Basic experience with network analysis tools (Sniffer, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
