Job Title: Network Administrator

Salary: Base salary range around 90k to 100k + relocation expenses & client approved benefits.
Job Description:
• Strong hands-on and experience in Cisco ACI infrastructure implementation and troubleshooting
• Strong experience with F5 LTM load balancers and troubleshooting. Preferred to have r-Series hands on.
• Working with various Network Management tools like DNAC, Net brain and Wireshark
• Configuring Access-list, Route-map, and policy-based routing.
• Responsible for gathering and defining network project requirements, developing, implementing, or reviewing network drawings.
• Actively participate in network devices up-gradation and degradation as per the business requirement.
• Assisting Client in network LAN & WAN failover Drills, network changes as per change management process.
• Communicate technical vulnerabilities and remediation steps to developers and management and take necessary actions.
• Experience in IP reservation and DHCP/DNS with Infoblox tool
• Coordination with TAC OEM for raising the RMA for faulty hardware and buggy behavior of the devices.
• Administrating the network enforcement of security by creating the access polices for endpoint devices connected routers and switches and WLC’s.
• SD-WAN experience with any Vendor (Meraki/Velocloud/Viptela/Versa)
• Basic knowledge on firewall policies and rule creations. Firepower/NGFW is preferred.
• Responsible for handling offshore and onsite activities, ready to do 24*7 on-call support
• Handling Escalated Incidents and providing resolution until customer satisfaction.
• Attending CAB calls with internal/external stakeholders to understand Business requirements to attain good CSAT in both SA/SD.
• Perform ITIL process areas as it pertains to Network domain items and Service Now tool and hands-on in Jira tool.
