Description
Seeking a professional engineer for a contract role in a dynamic environment focusing on real-time collaboration solutions. This position involves working onsite in the southeastern or northeastern U.S., supporting engineering functions for communication systems. Responsibilities include implementing and reviewing engineering plans, developing program schedules, and preparing communication materials for leadership. The role requires expertise in voice solutions and network configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and review engineering plans for communication systems.
- Develop and manage program schedules and tasks.
- Create communication materials for senior leadership.
- Document engineering processes and solutions.
- Support fast-moving programs in a high-pressure environment.
Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in contact center environments.
- Strong technical experience in voice and data communication solutions.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 10 years of relevant experience.
