Description:

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support enterprise Datacenter, Campus, and Satellite Networks as part of a 24x7 operations team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Cisco and Juniper networking technologies, Palo Alto firewalls, SD-WAN, VPNs, AWS cloud networking, and enterprise network operations. This role involves network design, implementation, troubleshooting, and operational support while ensuring security and high availability.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 and L3 support for enterprise network infrastructure.
• Support Datacenter, Campus, and Satellite network environments.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Cisco routing and switching infrastructure.
• Manage Juniper datacenter routing and switching environments.
• Administer Palo Alto Firewalls and GlobalProtect VPN.
• Support SD-WAN, VPN, wired, and wireless networking technologies.
• Manage AWS Cloud networking connectivity.
• Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues.
• Maintain network security and remediate vulnerabilities following best practices.
• Provide hands-on support for datacenter and campus network infrastructure.
• Design, engineer, and implement enterprise network solutions.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation.
• Follow ITSM processes for incident, change, and problem management.

• 12+ years of Network Engineering experience.
• Cisco Routing and Switching.
• Cisco VPN technologies.

• SD-WAN implementation and support.

• Palo Alto Firewalls.
• GlobalProtect VPN.
• AWS Cloud Networking.

• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
• 12+ years of enterprise networking experience.
• Experience supporting mission-critical production environments.
• Strong knowledge of network security and enterprise networking best practices.
• Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, or AWS certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
