The Network Operations Analyst will deliver first‑, second‑, and third‑line technical support, maintenance, and monitoring of Cantor International Services Limited''s highly available global financial network. The role blends day‑to‑day troubleshooting with automation initiatives, AI‑driven problem solving, and participation in infrastructure design and implementation projects across data‑center and enterprise environments.
Cisco CCNP Routing & Switching certification.
JNCIA‑Junos certification.
Wireless networking certification (e.g., CWNA or equivalent).
Strong fundamentals in Junos OS and Cisco IOS configuration and monitoring.
Hands‑on experience with routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) and route manipulation.
Knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls and F5 load balancers from implementation to operation.
Proficiency in scripting/automation using Python, Ansible, or similar tools.
Demonstrated experience in a high‑volume, high‑availability financial trading environment.
Experience designing, installing, and supporting enterprise Wi‑Fi (Extreme Networks a plus).
Creative, curious approach to applying AI tools for network operations and troubleshooting.
