Network Security- Palo Alto

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage robust network security infrastructure with a focus on Palo Alto technologies.
• Utilize Palo Alto firewalls to ensure the security and integrity of the network.
• Implement and manage security policies, access controls, and VPN configurations.
• Conduct regular security assessments and implement measures to safeguard against vulnerabilities and threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security solutions into the overall network architecture.
• Monitor network traffic and analyze logs to detect and respond to security incidents.
• Provide technical expertise and support for incident response and troubleshooting.
• Stay abreast of emerging threats and industry trends to proactively enhance network security measures.
• Demonstrate proficiency in routing and switching technologies to optimize network performance and reliability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in network security.
• Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and managing Palo Alto firewall solutions.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols, security architecture, routing, and switching.
• Experience with other firewall technologies is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as PCNSE (Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer) are desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
