Job Description

We are seeking a Network Engineer to join our dynamic team supporting a Telephony program focused on Avaya contact center migration to Genesys Cloud. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Avaya Aura, Communication Manager, Session Manager, and provisioning tools and a proven ability to deliver complex contact center engineering solutions in fast-moving programs.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and review engineering plans for contact center products and solutions.
• Develop program schedules, tasks, and documentation for engineering initiatives.
• Create communication materials for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Engineer and support Avaya-based VoIP, PBX/ACD, and SIP trunking solutions.
• Configure VoIP endpoints and E911 services to meet site requirements.
• Produce and maintain contact center engineering documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency with Avaya Communication Manager, Session Manager, and System Manager.
• Hands-on experience with Avaya Site Administrator and Provision or Provision Site Administrator.
• Extensive PBX/ACD and VoIP programming experience on Avaya ACM, including call flows, vectors, CTI, IVR, and adjunct routing.
• Expertise with SIP and ISDN/PRI trunking, SBC, AES, CMS, and MOH.
• E911 configuration experience, preferably with Intrado e911 products.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as project requirements dictate.
• 8+ years of contact center engineering experience in large, multi-layered network environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Avaya Aura ecosystem across SBC, ACM, System & Session Manager, AES, and CMS.
• Knowledge of NICE call recording and contact center architecture and design principles.
