Introduction

The MAPS Quartz team is responsible for ensuring the reliability and operational health of the Quartz platform. Our mission is to maintain and improve the platform's performance and reliability by monitoring core infrastructure, executing automation initiatives, resolving infrastructure issues, and leading incident responses. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to platform modernization, migration to the cloud, and enhancement of support tooling.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Python development experience
• Deep Linux administration and troubleshooting experience
• Infrastructure engineering and automation background, Experience with Ansible
• Observability and monitoring experience (Dynatrace preferred)
• Experience working in large-scale production environments

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with platform modernization and cloud migration
• Experience in evolving support tooling
• Ability to drive reliability improvements and deliver measurable gains in operational efficiency
• Financial Services / Trading Platform experience
• Azure and/or AWS Cloud experience (AKS / EKS experience strongly preferred)
• SRE, Reliability Engineering, and DevOps practices
• Infrastructure-as-Code and automation frameworks
• Experience with Splunk and Grafana preferred
• Anyscale / Ray experience preferred
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

• Monitor and support core infrastructure and components
• Execute automation initiatives
• Build and enhance internal tools
• Resolve infrastructure issues
• Lead incident response to maintain platform reliability
