Description

This position is based in Jersey City, NJ, and requires a hybrid work setup. It is a contract role where you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation and AI solutions for network systems. The role involves working with backend services and collaborating with various teams to ensure operational efficiency and reliability. Proficiency in generic programming languages and frameworks is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation services for network event correlation and troubleshooting.
• Build automation supporting self-healing and operational reliability.
• Integrate services with monitoring systems for real-time data consumption.
• Collaborate with operations teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Document designs and guidelines for operational use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in network engineering or related fields, including AI/ML solutions.
• Strong programming skills in a generic programming language.
• Experience with backend frameworks and data stores.
• Understanding of network operations and automation integration.
