Seeking an experienced Network & Systems Administrator to support Windows servers, networks, infrastructure, applications, and end users. The role focuses on system administration, troubleshooting, upgrades, security, backups, and IT support. Key Responsibilities
Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server, Windows 11, Active Directory, DNS, and PowerShell
Support LAN/WAN, VMware/Hyper-V, networking, hardware, and software
Manage patches, backups/restores, software deployments, and upgrades
Support Microsoft 365, Office, and user onboarding/offboarding
Monitor and resolve IT issues through JIRA Help Desk
Support cybersecurity, MFA, antivirus, certificates, and firewalls
Coordinate vendors, hardware purchases, repairs, and maintenance
Provide technical support to IT teams and business users
Participate in 24x7 on-call support for critical issues
