Certified network professional accreditation, Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Installing network hardware components and cables. Configuring network software.
Identifying and eliminating bottlenecks to ensure long-term network efficiency.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues with the network.
Ensuring the network operates securely.
Review and validate incoming ServiceNow tickets, obtaining missing or required information as necessary.
Assign tickets to appropriate technical staff.
Maintain and verify accurate system records.
Manage Cisco WebEx configurations via Kurmi, including password resets, voicemail resets, and name changes.
Perform onsite telecommunications installations within a 50-mile radius of 1575 Sherman.
Install and configure voice jumpers.
Troubleshoot analog line issues and copper cabling infrastructure.
Assist technical staff with day-to-day telephony tasks, such as phone relocation and installation.
Inventory phones and network switches, documenting details in a spreadsheet for decommissioning or surplus processes.
Project LOE & Budget Analysis
Implementation of this solution includes service hours related to information gathering, documentation, research, and consultation. Costs are estimated in hours and logged in ServiceHub.
Operating and Maintenance (O&M) Support Models
Standard support. Client provides both application and infrastructure support.
Infrastructure Only support. Client provides infrastructure support.
