Job Description
Alternate Location: Irving TX, Westerville OH, Phoenix AZ
- The candidate must understand networking well enough to work independently with network engineers and translate their requirements into backlog items and user stories.
Required networking domain knowledge and Agile backlog ownership. - The client is specifically looking for someone with a good understanding of networking fundamentals, such as LAN/WAN, routing, switching, TCP/IP, OR SD-WAN/paloAlto/Juniper.
The role is focused more on networking concepts, infrastructure, and product ownership rather than hands-on network configuration. You should be comfortable understanding networking requirements and working with network engineering teams from a product/business perspective.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and priorities for Networking Connectivity & Services.
Manage demand and prioritize work based on business value, risk, operational impact, lifecycle needs, dependencies, and available capacity.
Maintain an integrated view of work across Telecom & Hardware, Network Infrastructure, and Network Services.
Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into clearly defined initiatives, requirements, features, stories, and acceptance criteria.
Strong analytical, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to translate business and operational needs into technology priorities while effectively partnering with technical engineering teams.

Qualifications
Working knowledge of enterprise networking, connectivity, telecom, infrastructure, and technology lifecycle concepts.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum or product-based delivery models.

Ability to translate business and operational needs into technology priorities while effectively partnering with technical engineering teams.
