Duties and responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive neurological exams to diagnose conditions affecting the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests, including MRIs, CT scans, EMGs and EEGs.
Prescribe medication and evaluate its effectiveness.
Educate patients and their families on neurological conditions and management strategies.
Work collaboratively with other medical professionals to ensure holistic care.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited medical school
Board Certification in Neurology and fellowship trained in Neurophysiology, Neuromuscular Medicine
Fellowship training preferred, but not necessary if experienced with EMGs.
Bilingual (Spanish) welcomed, but not necessary
New grads are welcome.
Active and unrestricted Florida medical license or willingness to obtain
