Reporting to the Vice President for Information Technology and Chief Information Officer, UCF IT comprises several key departments, including the Project Management Office (PMO), Infrastructure & Operations, Telecommunications, Enterprise Application Systems & Governance, Information Security, Instructional Resources, and Client Services. The IT office oversees all key enterprise IT functions and services UCF-wide, including teaching and learning technologies, enterprise application development and support, the enterprise service desk, core enterprise systems, infrastructure, information security, project management, and networking.
