    REQUIRED PROCEDURES
    General outpatient neurology (no Botox procedures).

    • Board: BC
    • Licenses: OH
    • Certifications: BLS
    • Other Qualifications: Clean background, Covid vaccine required, full-time availability
    Duties & Responsibilities
    • Evaluate and manage patients with general neurological conditions in an outpatient clinic setting.
    • Provide comprehensive outpatient consultations and follow-up care.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
    • Collaborate with a team of 12 neurologists and 4 advanced practice providers.
    • Document all patient encounters accurately in the EPIC electronic medical record system.
