Role: Neurology Coordinator & NCS Technologist

What You'll Do

• Lead Clinical Operations: Serve as the practice leader for neurology initiatives, quality compliance, and clinic workflow.
• Hands-On Diagnostics: Prepare patients, conduct nerve conduction studies (NCS), and assist providers directly during EMG procedures.
• Tech & Supply Management: Keep diagnostic equipment running smoothly, maintain testing supplies, and keep the clinical area prepped.
• Patient & Schedule Coordination: Verify orders, streamline patient appointments, and ensure accurate clinical documentation.
• Practice Support: Manage EMG/NCS billing and CPT coding processes while maintaining strict HIPAA and safety standards.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in a clinical setting (orthopedic background preferred) with direct experience handling Nerve Conduction Studies, EMG scheduling, and neurology billing/coding.
• Tech-Savvy: Strong background with Electronic Medical Records (EMR); experience with ModMed is a major plus.
• Skills: Excellent communication, a cool head under pressure, and the ability to multitask in a busy practice.
• Education & Credentials: High School Diploma or equivalent required. NCS Technologist Certification is a huge plus, but relevant experience speaks volumes.
