Why El Paso

El Paso is a city that consistently surprises - ranked among the safest large cities in the United States, it offers an exceptional quality of life at a cost well below most major metros. With more than 300 days of sunshine annually and no state income tax, your dollar stretches further while your lifestyle flourishes. The region is rich with outdoor adventure, including hiking and mountain biking in the Franklin Mountains, along with a vibrant cultural scene shaped by its unique Borderland heritage, festivals, historic sites, and acclaimed dining. Families thrive here thanks to strong public schools and access to Division I universities and private colleges. Whether you're drawn to the wide-open desert landscape, the tight-knit community feel, or simply the unbeatable weather, El Paso is a place where physicians put down roots and stay.
