Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an New Car Delivery Specialist to join our growing team!  This position has no direct sales to customers and is only responsible for making sure that customers know how to use all the features of their new car and are happy when taking delivery.  The right candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and have the ability to understand the latest in smart phone and car technology. Day-to-day tasks will include signing customers up for telematics depending on the manufacturer and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with their new vehicle!

Responsibilities
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure they are enjoying their vehicle and understand how to operate all of the features
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding deliveries, usage on delivery applications and happy customer reviews
  • Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
Qualifications
  • Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays (only 5 days per week)
  • Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
  • Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve
  • Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
