We're looking for a detail-oriented New Construction Fire Sprinkler Estimator to join our growing Florida-based fire protection team. If you have a sharp eye for blueprints, a strong grasp of NFPA 13 design standards, and a passion for building safer communities across the Sunshine State, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Review architectural and construction plans to develop accurate, competitive estimates for new construction fire sprinkler systems
• Perform detailed take-offs using estimating software to calculate materials, labor, and equipment costs
• Interpret NFPA 13, Florida Fire Prevention Code, and local AHJ requirements to ensure estimates meet code compliance
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and sales teams to develop winning proposals for general contractors and developers
• Build and maintain relationships with GCs, architects, and engineers throughout Florida's booming construction market
• Track bid results, project costs, and market pricing trends to continuously refine estimating accuracy
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site walks as needed

What You Bring

• Experience estimating fire sprinkler systems for new construction (commercial, residential, or industrial)
• Working knowledge of NFPA 13 and Florida fire code requirements
• Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., AutoSPRINK, Bluebeam, or similar)
• Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills for client and internal team coordination
• NICET II certification (Water-Based Systems)
