Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse, under supervision, provides patient and family centered care using the nursing process. The Registered Nurse will work with the interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based patient care, positive patient care experiences and quality outcomes. During the first year of practice, the Registered Nurse will have successfully completed orientation and will be consistently performing independently in the professional nursing practice environment.

Qualifications:

Education and Work Experience:

• BSN Preferred
• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and successfully completed the State Board of Nursing Licensure Exam

Certification Requirements:

• Current Healthcare Provider CPR/BLS upon hire

Min: USD $39.67/Hr. Max: USD $67.95/Hr. Salary Information: Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications. Benefits:
