The Future Field Leaders Program at Hoar is a hands-on apprenticeship designed for recent high school graduates who want to jumpstart a career in commercial construction. You'll earn real-world experience working alongside industry professionals, gain valuable technical and leadership skills, and learn what it takes to manage major construction projects from the ground up.

What You'll Do:
As a Construction Coordinator, you'll work directly with project teams and gain experience in many aspects of commercial construction, including:

Environment: Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment with extensive public contact and frequent interruptions.
