Required Education:Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in public health, health administration, healthcare management, nursing, public policy, business administration, information systems, or a related fieldPreferred EducationA master’s degree in public health (MPH), health administration (MHA), public policy, or a related discipline is preferred and may substitute for some experience requirementsRequired Experience:Demonstrated experience (typically 3–5 years or more) in public health program management, healthcare operations, clinical program coordination, or management of health technology initiativesExperience leading multistakeholder projects involving health systems, rural clinics, or community-based organizationsBackground in grant-funded program administration, including reporting, budgeting, compliance, and federal or state program requirementsExperience with telehealth, specialty care coordination, or technology enabled provider to provider services in or with rural or underserved populations is highly desirableExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills, and be able to work under pressureKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other applications as neededOverview:The Project Manager will coordinate strategic expansion activities, support providers in scaling services, ensure compliance with federal award requirements, and monitor program outcomes. This position will collaborate closely with internal leadership, external partners, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders to advance program goals, address system challenges, and enhance the statewide Safety Net infrastructure.
