  • Performs a range of mainly straightforward assignments to solve problems based on practice and precedent
  • Uses prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve problems
  • Requires working knowledge and work experience involving more complicated concepts and procedures
  • Broadens capabilities and continues to build knowledge of the company, processes and customers
  • Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction
  • Has some discretion to vary from established practices and procedures
  • May train new team members and provide input to employee performance evaluations
  • Requires expanded conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within own job discipline including substantial knowledge about practical applications

  • Analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents

Qualificationsarrow_right

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; third-level qualification in Polymer, Biomedical, Mechanical, Design Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Experience: 4+ years in new product introduction, manufacturing, quality, or process engineering, preferably in catheter manufacturing
  • Skills: Strong project management, cross-functional communication, detail orientation, and ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with SolidWorks and AutoCAD (2D/3D), Green Belt certification in Lean or Six Sigma preferred
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with catheter manufacturing processes (extrusion, molding, balloon forming, braiding, packaging, assembly)
