This is a first shift position working a 9/80 work schedule. The position will include some work from home days.

We''re seeking a skilled New Product Introduction Engineer to join the C4ISR Systems NPI Team servicing programs in both the Merrimack and Hudson, NH area. We are rapidly developing new technologies to gain market entry and position ourselves for large production awards. This role will lead the transition to production of cutting-edge space radio frequency products and others, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work format.
Over the next year, this role will focus heavily on collaboration with Engineering to develop the technical baseline with manufacturability in mind, create a manufacturing make/ where strategy and transition to production strategy for rapid productionization of cutting-edge products, transition products from engineering to manufacturing coordinating with multiple locations and sites across the US. This candidate will coordinate and lead transition to production, production ramp 2 rate, and continuous improvement efforts to drive manufacturing efficiency. You''ll work directly with the Operations Program Manager and with the cross functional program teams to support initial demos and large-scale production awards with dynamic ramp to rate timelines.
This individual will require heavy internal coordination with other ES manufacturing sites and the Space and Mission Systems Sector to develop work plans/funding/strategy to determine where these products will be built and what capital investments will be required from the business to succeed.

Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762
