    The role. The NICU Clinical Pharmacist Specialist delivers direct clinical pharmacy services to critically ill neonatal patients, applying advanced clinical knowledge in a neonatal intensive care setting. The position requires independent clinical judgment and collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize pharmacotherapy for this highly specialized patient population.

    What we're looking for.

    • Completion of PGY2 residency in Pediatrics; may consider PGY2 in Critical Care with current NICU experience
    • NICU clinical pharmacy experience
    • Demonstrated ability to provide direct clinical pharmacy services to critically ill neonates
    • Active Texas Pharmacy license

    Compensation. $131,000 - $156,000 per year
