Tropical Smoothie Cafe is hiring a talented and highly skilled Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for taking orders, providing exceptional customer service, making delicious food and smoothies, accurate measuring and weighing during food prep, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness. You will also have the opportunity to train new team members and delegate and run scheduled shifts. No fryer cleaning required!
