About the Role:
B5 Investments LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to join our team in Watsonville, CA. Responsibilities:

• Perform nightly audit of all hotel financial transactions and reconcile daily revenue reports
• Manage front desk operations during overnight shift, including guest check-ins and check-outs
• Balance and verify cash drawers, credit card transactions, and daily ledgers
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism
• Prepare and distribute daily reports to management for morning review
• Monitor property security and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for overnight guests
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless shift transitions

Requirements:

• Previous hotel front desk, night audit, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong math and accounting skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) is a plus
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working a consistent overnight schedule
• High school diploma or equivalent required
