We’re Hiring: Night Auditor / Front Desk

Full-Time | Overnight Shift


Join our team at Country Inn & Suites Bensenville! We’re looking for a dependable, professional, and guest-focused Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent who is comfortable working independently and providing excellent service during overnight hours.


Choice Hotels / ChoiceADVANTAGE experience is strongly preferred. Candidates with hotel front desk experience or a strong IT/customer-service background are also encouraged to apply.


What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and provide professional check-in and check-out service
• Handle reservations, phone calls, payments, and overnight guest requests
• Perform nightly audit procedures and ensure records and transactions are accurate
• Work with ChoiceADVANTAGE and other hotel systems
• Assist guests with our Park, Sleep & Fly packages
• Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Prepare the front desk and necessary reports for the morning team
• Communicate important information to management and other departments
• Help maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment overnight

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of hotel front desk experience preferred
• Choice Hotels / ChoiceADVANTAGE experience is a strong plus
• Night audit experience is preferred
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Comfortable with computers, reports, and learning hotel systems
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills
• Available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality
