About the Role:
Golden Hotels Limited Partnership is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to join our team in Irvine, CA. Responsibilities:

• Perform nightly audit of hotel financial transactions, balancing accounts and reconciling discrepancies
• Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including guest check-ins and check-outs
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Process end-of-day reports and prepare daily financial summaries for management review
• Monitor and maintain the security and safety of the property throughout the night shift
• Post room charges, taxes, and other fees accurately to guest folios
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address overnight needs

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hotel front desk, night audit, or hospitality accounting preferred
• Strong mathematical and bookkeeping skills with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and remain alert during overnight shifts
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or accounting coursework a bonus
