We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable hospitality professional to support overnight operations and provide outstanding guest service. In this role, you will help ensure a smooth transition between business days, maintain accurate financial records, and create a welcoming experience for guests during late-night and early-morning hours.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests during overnight hours with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing transactions and reconciling reports.
- Review and verify guest accounts, payments, and charges for accuracy.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries as needed.
- Respond to guest concerns and coordinate with appropriate team members to resolve issues.
- Prepare daily reports for management and support end-of-day accounting tasks.
- Monitor the front desk area and lobby to help maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks to support the overall function of the property.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with cash handling and recordkeeping.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage priorities during overnight shifts.
- Comfort using hotel management systems, spreadsheets, and standard office technology.
- Basic math skills and the ability to review financial information with confidence.
- Professional demeanor and a commitment to delivering a positive guest experience.
