GuestService

• Welcomeandassistguestsinafriendly,professional,andcourteousmanner.
• Processguestregistrations,check-ins,check-outs,andpaymentsaccurately.
• Handleguestinquiries,requests,andconcernswhilemaintainingconfidentiality.
• Answeranddirecttelephonecallsusingproperhotelandbrandstandards.
• Accuratelyprocesstelephoneandwalk-inreservations.
• Maintainknowledgeofhotelservices,amenities,andlocalattractionstoassistguestseffectively.

NightAudit&Accounting

• Audit,reconcile,andbalanceallguestandhouseaccountsduringtheovernightshift.
• Verifydailytransactionsandpostroomchargestoensureallaccountsareaccurateandbalancedbythebeginningofthenextbusinessday.
• Processcreditcardtransactions,directbillaccounts,andno-showcharges.
• Completerequireddaily,monthly,andannualreports.
• Followallestablishedaccounting,credit,andinventorycontrolprocedurestominimizerevenueloss.

Operations

• ServeasManageronDutyduringovernighthourswhenmanagementisunavailable.
• Conductregularinspectionsofthefrontdesk,lobby,andpublicareas.
• Ensurethefrontdesk,lobby,andguest-facingareasremainclean,organized,andpresentable.
• Assistwithlaundryandotherhousekeepingsupporttasksasneeded.
• Setupandreplenishbreakfastitemswhenrequired.
• Removesnowandmaintainsafeaccessaroundhotelentrancesandwalkwayswhennecessary.
• Monitorofficeequipmentsuchasprintersandfaxmachinestoensureproperoperation.
