Chick-fil-A Ironwood & Ocotillo DTO is looking for dependable and motivated Evening Shift Leaders who are ready to take ownership, develop others, and help lead our restaurant through some of our busiest hours.

You'll lead Team Members, support restaurant operations, solve problems in real time, and help finish the day strong while developing leadership skills you can carry throughout your career.

What You'll Do

As an Evening Shift Leader, you'll:

• Lead and support Team Members throughout evening operations
• Set expectations and maintain accountability during your shift
• Train, coach, and encourage Team Members
• Respond quickly and respectfully to guest needs
• Help maintain exceptional standards for food, service, cleanliness, and hospitality
• Lead shifts and serve as a key holder when assigned
• Assist with closing procedures
• Count drawers and help finalize applicable end-of-day responsibilities
• Address Team Member performance and behavioral concerns appropriately
• Communicate clearly with Team Members and restaurant leadership
• Help ensure the restaurant is set up for success the following day

Previous leadership, restaurant, or supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
