S&A Cleantech LLC is looking for a driven and dependable Night Shift Manager to lead our overnight operations in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all night shift operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met
• Supervise, motivate, and direct night shift staff to meet production and performance goals
• Monitor and enforce cleantech processes, environmental compliance, and operational procedures
• Conduct shift briefings, assign tasks, and manage employee scheduling and attendance
• Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating critical problems as needed
• Maintain accurate shift logs, incident reports, and production records
• Coordinate with day shift management to ensure seamless handoffs and continuity of operations

Requirements:

• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in cleantech, waste management, or industrial operations
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a night shift or off-hours environment
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and environmental compliance standards
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Solid communication and organizational skills for reporting and team coordination
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for logging and reporting purposes
• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently during overnight hours
