Night Shift Production Supervisor

Oversee nightly manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality expectations, and efficiency goals are achieved.

Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety procedures, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Monitor production equipment and coordinate troubleshooting efforts to reduce downtime and maintain consistent output.

Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, workplace organization, and operational excellence.

Collaborate with maintenance and other departments to resolve production challenges and support reliable manufacturing operations.
