    Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate and manage the daily activities of the NOA team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Oversee the processing of Notices of Admission (NOA) and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and streamline workflows.
    • Provide training and support to team members to foster professional development.
    • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to NOA processing.
    • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
    • Manage scheduling and resource allocation for the NOA team effectively.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare operations or a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of NOA processes and healthcare regulations.
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
    Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
