What You’ll Do
As a NOC Technician I, you’ll help keep our customers connected by monitoring, supporting, and maintaining cellular network devices and services.
Monitor and maintain cellular network devices and data services
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide customer support
Provision and configure cellular devices
Support technical projects and initiatives
Perform lab testing and systems maintenance
Participate in training and continuous improvement efforts
Collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional service
