Non CDL Driver - Container Delivery

El Paso Disposal, a Waste Connections company, is looking for a safety-conscious Non-CDL Container Delivery Driver to join our growing team in El Paso, Texas.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday with Rotating Saturday.

•  Hours: 4:00 AM Start Time (50-55 hours per week)

•  Pay: $19.00+ per hour

Position Summary

As a Non-CDL Container Delivery Driver, you will safely deliver, exchange, and retrieve waste containers for residential and commercial customers. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up waste containers at customer locations.
• Load, unload, and position containers according to customer requests and company standards.
• Navigate assigned routes efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, including checking fluids, tires, lights, and safety equipment.
• Complete daily paperwork and route documentation accurately.
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and work area.
• Follow all safety procedures, DOT regulations, and company policies.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

What We Need From You

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Clean driving record.
• Previous delivery, route driving, or commercial driving experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, and container delivery equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver containers as needed.
