About the Role

Pro Solution Staffing is seeking a dedicated and reliable Driver to join our clients landscaping team. This is a year-round position offering consistent work, steady pay, and opportunities for increased earnings during the snow season.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting crew members, tools, and equipment to various job sites throughout Hamilton County while maintaining punctuality, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive landscaping crew members and equipment to and from work sites daily

• Ensure vehicles are kept clean, safe, and in proper working condition

• Load and unload tools, materials, and supplies as needed

• Assist with light landscaping duties when required

• Follow all safety and traffic regulations at all times

• Communicate effectively with the crew lead and supervisor regarding schedules and logistics

Requirements

• Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record

• Reliable transportation to and from work

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with general labor tasks

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or related work is a plus
