Schedule
Onsite | 5x8-hour days, 07:30-16:00 | 13 weeks | LOA coverage
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience
- 1 year of recent relevant experience in staffing, scheduling, administrative, or healthcare operations
- Experience with staff scheduling, timekeeping, and daily staffing coordination
- Proficiency in Kronos, Microsoft Teams, Clairvia, Excel, and related systems
- Ability to coordinate staffing resources for inpatient hospital unit support
- Strong communication skills with staff, house supervisors, and healthcare teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to maintain PHI confidentiality and adhere to policies
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in a central staffing office or nursing support services
- Experience with Epic or electronic health records
- Experience preparing staffing reports and maintaining databases
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Experience supporting payroll or timekeeping workflows
Summary / Duties
The role involves coordinating staffing resources, responding to patient care staffing needs, and collaborating with house supervisors. Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, supporting Kronos timekeeping, using Clairvia, Teams, Excel, and related systems, entering and auditing data, preparing reports, and screening communications. Additionally, the role supports patient appointment scheduling, maintains confidentiality of PHI, follows regulatory and facility policies, and ensures timely completion of staffing tasks.
